aches!!

oh my god..had my first trainin!! over a yr no touch ball le lohx...although the trainin was around 2Hr plus..but its enough to kill me!! i cant even stop panting..and i guess everione now oso like me whole bodie aching!! oh my goshx..reali veri jia lat arhx..i go up or down the stairs is like killin me lor..can u imagine even goin to the toilet is like..aRgH!! mus sit and stand up..hurts like hell!! heard tt ah cai todae no go work..whole bodie achin..*relieved* i tot i'm the onli one wif the aches~ lols..jus now saw qian she oso whole bodie achin siax..i hope this ache will disappear by fridae man..or esle how to play vball..tis fridae habin our trainin at cCaB..kekex..actuali nuthin to blog about lahx..jus to nag abt my aches..to complaint a lil~ lOlx!!~
