seriously dere's something wrong with UOB welfare

my bf is called back for work jus now at 1+AM!

he took cab down jus becuz dey got problem cant solve?

so he estimate he's gonna come back around 4+?

and wake up tmr at 7 to go work again?

since last week till now he has been doin OT like SIAO

and i didnt exagerate my SIAO

he work 7 days a week including sat and sun

he's normal workin hour is 9 to 6

and recently he comes back at midnight?

den straight to slp den tmr morning go work again

u people might tink becuz got urgent stuff

OT-in is alright

but do u noe how these people get paid for all these?

their policy is that no money paid for OT for perm staff

but they'll give u meal allowance of 20 bucks

few days ago he came home at 2+AM

so 6PM to 2AM is 8 hourS?

so 20 bucks for 8 hours?

which is like 2bucks plus for an hour?!

u torture people 7 days a week and everyday till so late

and u're only payin people 20 bucks for 8 hours?

tis is cheap labour or waD?!

even MCdonalds pay peopel 4 bucks per hour lo

and today he took his OFF

and being called back at 1+AM?

so i assume he dun even have tt 20 bucks?

funnny thing is i think he dont mind

i'm the person tt is so pissed off

i wonder those people.. dont dey hab family?
